I can't even believe that it's been a year already..and that I actually got through it, although, still not well at times. I still grieve for Pearl everyday and some days are better than others. She will always be my special girl and be within my heart forever.
During this year, Pearlyspath has made donations to Cavalier Rescue USA, St. Hubert's Animal Shelter in Madison, NJ, Lost Dog & Cat Rescue, with monies donated to pearlyspath by friends and family in memory of Pearl. I also had a garage sale last year to raise funds for pearlyspath.
Pearlyspath is also planning future fund raising via the Cavalier Brigade and locally in our area.
The month of May is a very significant month for us, since it's the month of Pearl's birth, as well as, the month of her passing.
My thought was to make this month a time of honoring her life and doing something special by offering items for sale on www.pearlyspath.com to my Brigade friends and donating all the proceeds less shipping to our common interests of rescuing Cavaliers. As, we all know too well, there is always a great need to help free them and to get them the medical care they need to be placed in their forever homes.
I am donating all the items and you will find a detailed description to the best of my ability. If you have any questions about an item please feel free to contact me at www.pearlyspath.com, and I would be more than happy to give you any additional information.
The proceeds from the sale of these items will be designated to be donated either to Lucky Star Cavalier Rescue or Cavalier Rescue USA.
Since this will be a combined effort by all of us, not just me, there will be an online option for you to designate where you would prefer your donation to go.
Pearlyspath.com is set up to accept Paypal. Please note that Paypal does take a small fee and percentage on each item paid through them.
So it's another chance for us to "shop" for some really good stuff and help our Rescues in memory of our "Pearl." Have fun, my friends and do some damage!
You will be in my heart forever...I love you, Pearly girl.
